Returns

• Once approved, we will arrange for our courier partners to pick up the item from your address.
• Pack the items securely and ensure they include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
1. Eligibility
• Exchanges depend on item availability.
• Items must meet the same conditions as returns—original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
2. Process
• Log in to your account on our website and submit your exchange request, specifying the item you want to exchange and the new item you’d like.
• Once approved, our courier partners will pick up the original item from your address.
• After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll proceed with your exchange.
Refunds
1. Eligibility
• Refunds are available for items returned within 7 days of purchase.
2. Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs will not be deducted from your refund.
